Fasting has always been a scary word for me. I mean, fasting means not eating, right?
Not eating for hours on end, sometimes even for days. This surely can't be achievable? And surely it must be dangerous. At least to the outside world, as I for example am a very hangry person. I should have a t-shirt printed that says 'sorry for what I said or did when I was hangry'.
So I read about 16/8 intermittent fasting, and the potential benefits on Keto.
And you know what? Without realising it, I have been doing 16/8 intermittent fasting for a good while now. I skip breakfast because I no longer feel hungry in the mornings, and have my first meal of the day at 1:30 pm when I go for lunch.
So during the week I have been doing either a 16/8 or a 18/6 fast without realising it. Not bad, ey?
