Yesterday I got kicked from a Keto group on Facebook because I shared a bread that only has 4g carbs per slice. Why? Because I had not realised that not all ingredients of the bread were suitable for Keto. I did post a list of ingredients so people can make their own minds as to whether they want to buy this of bread or not, and people in this group were aware that I am doing lazy Keto and do not necessarily follow the strict scientific side of this WOE. So please my dear readers if you ever find anything on my blog or on my Instagram page that you do not consider suitable or strict enough for your diet, please ignore it. I am trying to shift a large amount of weight and what works for me, works for me. But that also means that what works for me does not necessarily work for you. We all follow our very own approach to Keto. Some follow a very strict approach to Keto, others like me follow a more relaxed approach. By no means does this mean that your or my way is the better one. So as I said before: if you don't agree with anything I post, please ignore it.
