A Slimming World approved and Keto adapted salmon bake by yummptious_sw and it is lush! ?
200g salmon, cut into bite-size pieces
2 garlic cloves
3 large eggs
150g natural cottage cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas 5.
Put the salmon into a flan dish.
Mix the eggs, garlic, cottage cheese, parsley and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste and spoon over the fish.
Bake at 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas 5 for 15-20 minutes until just set.
