I just wanted to give you a little update on my MCT oil experience.
So far I am very happy with the MCT oil I am using. The oil is a high quality and really doesn't taste of anything. I was a bit scared that it might be yucky, but it's actually quite pleasant. I can't bring myself to taking it on a spoon, and God knows I tried. I don't like the feeling of oil in my mouth. It's gagtastic... However, using MCT in your morning coffee .. with or without butter .. works very well. I don't use butter, as I am not keen on Bulletproof Coffee, but the MCT oil on its own works really well. Suffering from gallbladder issues, I am happy to say that since I have been taking MCT oil, the issue have disappeared. I never expected this to happen, and after nearly 20 years of pain, I am now painfree. As we all know Keto can cause some trouble with constipation. This is no secret. Since starting taking MCT oil, this no longer is an issue at all. Generally I am very happy with MCT oil and I will keep on taking it every morning. In case you are looking for an MCT oil to try, I am using the one below and can really recommend it:

I have read a lot about MCT oil recently, and decided to incorporate it into my day-to-day diet.
As you probably know MCT stands for medium-chain triglycerides and apparently MCT oil is quite beneficial for your health. Some of the health benefits in regards to Keto are: It makes you feel fuller It reduces stored body fat It raises your metabolic function It improves digestion These benefits made me curious, so I will add this to my daily supplements and see how it goes. If anyone is taking MCT oil as capsules, please share your experience with me, as I am very interested. Thanks! |
