This is a low carb bread based on quark and it has 6 carbs per slice. I have tried many different low carb bread recipes and I didn't like a single one of them. But this one I love and it can be toasted, too! ? Ingredients: 2 large eggs 500g cooking quark 300g ground almonds 50g Chia seeds 5g baking powder 1 tbsp psyllium husk Salt Method: Mix all the ingredients and bake at 180C for 40 minutes. Just leave it for longer if it's still too soft. I think the standard bread test can be applied here. © Cook, Little Pot, Cook - 2017
